Important Registration Information

Exhibit Fees Include:

  1. Exhibit space (tent, table, umbrella, chair and electricity rental NOT included).

  2. Business Listing in the Organic Islands Directory (online edition).

  3. Business Name published on:

    • Festival Website
    • Festival Program
    • Exhibitors List in Media Kits

  4. Festival Orientation and Networking Event.
    • Date & Time: Monday, June 9 from 6 to 8pm.
    • You will be asked to RSVP and given more details in an email following your registration.

Additional Services available:

  • Rental of tents, umbrellas, tables, chairs and electricity.

Not included:

  • Liability insurance for your property and for any damage to the venue caused by you, your staff, volunteers or visitors to your booth during the festival or during set up and take down. Please obtain our own insurance coverage.

  • Security services during set-up, take down and festival hours. Security is provided overnight on Friday and Saturday evening. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Ensure your property is secure at all times.

Registration Process (complete details):

  1. View Venue Map to familiarize yourself with the layout of the grounds. This is an outdoor venue.

  2. Determine the type of exhibit space you wish to reserve.

  3. Decide on rental items (may be done later, but no later than listed deadline, if needed).

  4. Complete the application form.

  5. READ ALL THE TERMS. Yes I know they are long and boring but it's important!!

  6. You will receive email confirmation which includes:

    • Your registration details
    • Your Business Listing details
    • Your invoice
    • Request for 50% deposit, and post-dated cheque for final payment due May 1, 2008
    • OR, Full payment in advance if your exhibit space is $220 or less

  7. When we receive your deposit, you are added to the Final Selection List in the order in which payment is received.

  8. After the registration deadline (May 1, 2008), you will be assigned your individual exhibit space location.

  9. After your exhibit space assignment, your final email confirmation will be sent with:

    • Your exhibit booth selection
    • Link to Exhibitors Kit with setup and other instructions
    • Your rental services order and invoice, if applicable
    • Request for final payment (payable by May 1, 2007)
    • Reminders about:
      • Festival Orientation and Networking Event
      • Local health authority approval
