Exhibitor Orientation and Networking – 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
We strongly encourage all exhibitors attend this meeting at the Glendale Gardens. It's an opportunity
to connect with other exhibitors, get all the details about set up, logistics and about publicity opportunities. Delicious appetizers and refreshments will be served.

Your Exhibitor Application
- To qualify for savings: DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID BY DEADLINE and accompanied by post-dated cheque for balance of payment. Payment in full for fees $400 or less is required.
- SHARING: If you share your exhibit space contact festival director for approval. Each sharing organization must complete an application form. The following fee will be added to exhibit price:
- Gathering Place 10x10: $225
- The Village 10x10: $125
- Promo Table 8x4: $75
