The BC Salmon Marketing Council is a non profit society which is funded by the commercial wild, BC salmon fisherman of British Columbia. The council encourages sustainable, selective harvesting methods as well as encourages the consumption of wild salmon for its nutrictional value. There are five speices of wild BC Salmon - all are delicious with their own distinct , fabulous tastes!
